Feingold for President?

John Nichols suggests it might be a possibility. Hmmm... a populist reformer with a very progressive voting record, who won re-election by a healthy margin in a rural state which Kerry only barely carried. Sounds damned good to me. Of course, I'm sure the Democratic punditocracy will be quick to pronounce him unelectable if he gets anywhere near the nomination. Unlike, say, Hillary Clinton, who so clearly resonates with middle America...

While we're on the topic of sarcasm, would you please explain what "family values" means, because it is one of those euphemisms that has cropped up that I still can't put my finger on. Don't gorget, HC is shrewd. If anyone knows how to outwit that "vast right wing conspiracy"... I would say that she has her finger on the pulse. Of course, I've shown my naivite so many ways this week that I've lost count. Please don't remind me, thank you very much
